Great Service.No problems at all. Friendly people, professional and polite. Explained everything before proceeding. Asking price received in bank account within 10 mins of agreement signed. Would recommend for hassle free sale.

The service I received was excellent. Within 1 hour of the initial phone call that I received, the car had been assessed in a covid-secure manner and the money was in my bank account.

The staff are professional and courteous and the whole process went smoothly, I would highly recommend this company.

To begin with they had me down for a valuation the 7th, wrong the email they sent me said the 8th. He spent quite a lot if time worrying why I had a bit of polish on the dash, surely that just means the car has been looked after, doh! He was also worried about a few cat hairs, a hoover would have sorted that! He then spent a long time measuring the panel gaps, which I can understand to a point but it’s obvious the car hadn’t been in a accident, after all that he said the car wasn’t for him stating that he hadn’t even seen one of these cars before, really it’s only a Kia ceed, not an exotic super car, I thought and hoped I would have been dealing with a professional outfit, how wrong I was!!! Stay away not worth going their!!!!

Awful! The guys didn't even know i was coming and then spend the whole time checking auto trader to see if it was worth buying. Then offered £2500 less then the website without even getting out of his chair. Complete waste of time. DO NOT USE

Great to deal with a company that does what it says. Excellent service, car taken for a quick drive round, money in bank instantly, paper work done. Really nice people and puts companies like webuyanycar to shame!!

Sold my car yesterday to these guys. It was a very easy process, I received an offer of £8075. I was originally offered £8400 by a competitor a considerable difference in price, of course I went with them but once the competitor saw my vehicle they offered a ridiculous price for my vehicle. I then spoke to the office and told them about the dramas I had and told them about the damage to the wheel arch, alloys and front bumper. I sent pictures by text message to the office who valued the vehicle and come straight back to me with a new reasonable price. I was £480 better off going with these guys than I was with a well know competitor. They come to my house and paid money instantly into my account. These guys were superb and couldn't be more helpful. I would recommended this company to anyone. Thank you

I was originally offered £260 more by a competitor, after the competitor viewed my car offered me £1200 less than the original offer. I was very angry and did not sell my vehicle to them.
I called sell my car fast uk and spoke to the office (very helpful). I explained to them the problems I had with my vehicle and sent pictures over to them. They came straight back to me with a 2nd offer and I ended up getting £500 more than the competitors final offer. It was much more realistic price, they turned up to my home and money was in my account in a matter of minutes. Thank you for your help.
