I'd originally left an angry 1* review. I sent what I thought was a perfect phone, they found damage. I have photos that show no damage, they think that the photos would not show damage from the angle / lighting.

I asked them to send the phone back, which they did promptly, and they were unfailingly polite. The damage is invisible except in certain lights. I tried to recreate my original photos, and the damage was screamingly obvious in every one. Except, I realised the lighting was different, and without the key light the scratch was almost, but not quite, invisible. So, regrettably, I think they might be right that my photos prove little.

So. While I'm pretty sure the phone wasn't scratched, I'm not certain. And, honestly, my interactions with the company haven't smelt dodgy. Much as I think the phone wasn't damaged when I sent it, the interactions seem genuine.

I'm not exactly happy, and it was a huge markdown given the damage, but that's probably my problem. Frustrating, but it would be unfair not to modify my review.

Easy process from start to finish with no issues what so ever selling A Samsung S21!! Very good communication paid full price quoted and money virtually in bank instantly would highly recommend sellmyiphone for gadget recycling. 🙂

Very disappointed to be robbed and ripped off by this company by talking rubbish saying their were scratches on the screen which does not affect the performance and lowering their offer by over £60.00. I am amazed at this given the device has always been in a protective case so couldn't actually be scratched and it was even sent in in the protective case to prevent any scratching???????? So a minor cosmetic scratch folks costs you £60.00 oh and don't select PayPal for payment as apparently you get charged fees to do so. This company is clearly having your eyes out!!!! If I knew where to go to lodge a complaint then I would be doing so!! Very unhappy!

Sent them 4 phones... three are good condition, bearing in mind they are 2 years old..... BUT they down graded all four phones!!!!!...

Appreciate the fact that your price was higher than the others
But I got issues with the delivery because of refusal to accept mails/orders at your location which delayed the process

I sent my phone to them on the 6th Dec in pristine condition and in the original box and packaging. I had always used a case so it was as good as new and had no issues. They originally offered me £75 but then offered me £5 as there is a 'screen burn'. I called to enquire (they share a phone line with another co. BTW) They said the burn is caused by being on an app too long and cant be seen with the naked eye. I asked them to send back my phone and it arrived (a month after i sent it to them) without the original box or packaging I sent it in and now it has deep dents and scratches all over the case from trying to open the phone. I called them and they refused to admit they damage any phone and offered nothing to try and resolve it.

The whole process of selling my phone with this company was easy! I was kept updated via email every step of the way.
The whole process took only a few working days .

Very quick and straightforward process, sent my phone on Monday and Thursday afternoon received money, they kept me updated through whole process, can only recommend and thank you very much for your service
