Always used this company for multiple phones and never had an issue payment always same day, except this time, contacted them and the customer service was amazing, a little technical issue with payments going out but will be quickly resolved, amazing company
I arranged the sale of my iPhone 13 Pro through this company, DPD collected it as planned. Arrived with them the day after and was signed for, since then not a word. Its now 3 weeks later and they havent responded to any email or messages through the website and my money hasnt arrived. Very bad service and rip off merchants
Waste of time, condition as described by there website but tried offering £80 rather then £128, rejected the offer and got more else where
Offered £165 pounds on Compare and Recycle - a sort of money supermarket for mobile phone buyers and sellers. This was the highest by about £15 and so (kicking myself now) I accepted it. My phone had been in a case all its life and HAD JUST BEEN RETURNED AFTER HAVING ITS SCREEN REPAIRED I am happy to agree that there were probably little marks here and there but absolutely nothing you would find unusual in a two year old phone and the screen was brand new and perfect. Elsewhere with other companies i had described it as "good" (rather than excellent) and thought that was pretty conservative - the "Good" prices ranged around £140 to £150 - anyway shortly after sending the phone in I got an offer for £120 way below what anybody else would have offered based on scuffs etc. Unfortunately I was on holiday and had to accept it since otherwise nobody was in to accept the returned phone. I was stupid and, as many others here have said this company is, in my opinion, almost criminal. Back in the day Webuyanycar seemed to be similar offering tempting prices for the car and then when you turned up with it having made a longish journey then finding any excuse to cut their offer - this is kind of similar you've packed up the phone and the alternative is to have wasted a week or so and have to start all over again. With Webuyanycar their reputation quickly tanked and over time they reinvented themselves as a now quite reasonable company. I imagine Sellmyphone.org will just change their name and start up again. If I were Compare and Recycle i would ditch them - most of the companies they have seem to have reasonable reputations and this lot cant be doing them any good.
Sold my phone to them absolute first class from start to finish all done in 1 day.
Stay away from this site, my phone was in brilliant condition but they said the screen had ghosting on it! But the phones only 2 years old and has always had a screen protector on! They devalued it by £100. And then took over a week to send it back when i refused the decrease. Worst phone recycler I have used.
Do not use this company. Agreed a price, dpd driver turned up and had been told he was only sending device back not the box, started to open the box at which point I informed him the box and accessories had to go back. This company then knocked £68 off the price offered due to seal on box being broken, it was very clear the phone was brand new and never even turned on. Tried to blame dpd, that's not my problem your company arranged collection.
I have used many company's before for selling phones this company is by far the worst. Trying there luck.
I rate them 5 stars because they where quick and easy to deal.with and they offered a good deal on my old phone I only lost 14quid so I was quite pleased with sellmyphone.org
Many thanks
Poor, scam, do not use.
Offered £130, when they received my phone which I had to chase up and prove it had been delivered they offered £85.
Phone returned with the wrong back cover which is scratched.

Scam company will receive your phone then make up damage just to revise your offer to a stupid amount. Told me my perfect condition phone needed a new screen! Luckily I had taken pics before it was sent and I managed to get my phone back and sold it privately. Avoid at all costs.
offered £150, reduced to £20 claiming scratches (I have photo and videos of phone before i sent it). Now ignoring requests to retrun phone.
Cowboys. Sent the phone, was in good condition. They said it was scratched with a reduced offer... it was not. So they sent it back all chipped and scratched. They have also replaced the screen too. Don't use these cowboys - scammers
So I did my research and this company has good reviews, so I thought can't be bad! Got my quote sent off my immaculate Huawei P30 Pro. From the day I got it, I had kept in a protective cover so I knew it was in really good nick. Sent the phone off all bubble wrapped and safe. So I was pretty peed off when I heard from this company that my phone has arrived and it was scratched quite badly. I saw the photos and it wasn't the phone I had sent them. So surprise, surprise they weren't going to paye the price they offered me!
I asked for them to return the phone and here I am in late Jan still waiting for my phone to be returned to me. So if I were you, I would go somewhere else. To someone that can be trusted but not to this bunch!
Simply brilliant and topclass experience. First time using this company, they paid me the rightful amount which I expected and hoped to get for since my iPhone was mint.
They kept me informed, replying to my queries and giving me updates throughout.
After receiving the phone, they did their work and paid me full amount within couple of hours. Really very happy to see a company which is honest having great team of workers to ensure this. Thank you and keep it up guys. Definitely going to recommend you guys for sure
Very efficient and excellent communication posted Saturday received money Tuesday can't beat that
I was selling my own phone on social media and was dealing with people offering silly money trying to knock me down in price, I tried this site out if curiosity if the current value and was pleasantly surprised, I decided to go with them and after that everything was a breeze, payment came through fast, there was no nonsense of trying to knock the price down like certain other companies have done. Definitely worth going with this company
Really great service and a very quick response
Happy with the valuation given for my old phone and very happy how quickly I received payment for it
