Awful. Adam said he would come back to me with further information and never did !
All he seemed to do was run down our local estate agents and then only offered to buy our property for 70% of its value.
It’s a con when you receive the letter so I would advise not to bother contacting them

Was told an appointment time that did not happen and then another appointment was made 45mins later without me being told. Going on that I am not likely to proceed.

A terrible initial experience which will not proceed. Details taken incorrectly, follow ups made to then provide links to video calls which did not work; all in all a terrible first impression for a very important activity so decided to leave alone.

Early stages with the discussions but very impressed with Joe who I’ve just had a video conference call with.

Hannah Gregory was extremely helpful and Knowledgeable in our meeting,the information she Provided us with was excellent in helping us go in the direction we need to go in when selling our house,we also felt like we were given plenty of time in our meeting and didn't feel rushed at all.
Hannah was also very polite and respectful throughout the meeting.

Charlotte Fitzgerald was extremely helpful, in particular for me as I have never sold before. She took time to offer full guidance and was knowledgeable and efficient. She went above and beyond by keeping in touch via text to notify me as necessary. The industry really needs more people like Charlotte and companies like Express Estate Agents.

Scott was professional, positive, and very helpful.

Regan Green was knowledgeable and concise. She explained our options clearly and answered any questions we had.
We decided not to take up her cash offer or to market the property with Express Estate Agency but this was not due to her performance.

Liam was friendly and was able to explain what going on in the market.

I wanted to know more about the cash buying, but this seem it would not fit me
hence I still at the same place.

The video meeting was very simple to do, once it is set up for you, all you have to do is click the link and you are connected. Daisy gave me all the relevant information about how the system works and gave me plenty of time to ask questions. No pressure at all, so as and when we are ready to proceed, it takes just a phone call to start the ball rolling. Daisy was very polite and courteous and totally understood our current situation. Thank you... I am very impressed.
