Top service very pleasant had engine rebuild in my kia sportage ,did am amazing job on it like new again, highly recommend this garage ,owners top bloke 10/10

Friendly, helpful local garage. My daughter who is at Birmingham ‘Uni’ had a problem with her car, I called to see if they could help her out. They fitted her in within a couple of days, carried out the repair and got her back on the road. Very reasonable prices as well. Totally recommended. Thank you from a grateful Dad.

My car broke down and I did not have any garage in mind. I checked online and came across Selly oak garage. They responded to me promptly and organized for the car to be moved to the garage. The repairs were prompt and very fair to be honest. I am glad for the quick turnaround.

These guys are great I ran in due to my edging hanging off the guy was fantastic & so helpful helped me out when I was very worried the edging would fall off in a road

I asked for a car battery replacement. The reception lady informed me it would arrive same day.i went to have it done but the battery had not arrived.She asked to come back in 20min at that time it was still not there.When I contacted next day she said they have sent the battery back as we did not come which was a lie.she said to come and get it done today.Again I went but the mechanic said they cant do it today and to coe tomorrow.they have been misleading .
Also when I asked for the price she said with cash there was 20£ pound discount with no receipt.This is really worrying as they dont have to pay tax and mislead HMRC.This came as surprising to me.I wont go there again as there is lot of miscommunication and lies.Taxman needs to look at their work ethics as well about avoiding tax.

First time using the Fit for me service by purchasing from Eurocarparts needed a alternator and used this garage Selly Oak Garage Limited because they were the most reasonably priced garage. Contacted them to try and get the job done as soon as possible because obviously the car was dying on me because of battery power I had to keep on recharging the battery, they contacted me the next day saying that it could be fitted earlier (Four days earlier) for me which was a life saver. Arrived at the garage and the staff were very friendly and accommodating and I left my details and the job was done in a couple of hours. Overall a very good quality garage at very reasonable priced work and good quality work done, I will definitely be using them again.
