A little slow in getting this up, but I cannot praise Sendmoney24 enough. Was trying to send money to Russia and my friend had a problem at her end with her bank. The Administrators at SM24 were amazing. They were so patient and they tried to make the payment so many times. I must have exchanged 25/30 e-mails before we finally found a solution. Nothing was a problem. They have the patience of a saint. They offered to return my money time after time. If only the UK banks were so caring and understanding - ha!!
It is so refreshing to experiance proper good old fashioned customer service, I had quite forgotten what it was like.
