I had an issue when purchasing my sunglasses, it was not mentioned while completing my order. But in no time Oliver liaised with me, and organised for my sunglasses to be sent where I was on holidays.

I came across Send Optics while looking for a certain pair of glasses on the web and in numerous stores. Not only were they better priced (by quite a considerable margin), they also came with free delivery and a free gift!
Service is great, easy to contact and glasses were delivered within two days. All in all, great company - would highly recommend.

I was skeptical about trusting a non department store website to purchase Celine Sunglasses. I did a bit of research on the company as you cant alway trust 'Review Websites'. I would 110% recommend sendoptics based on the service provided. I ordered online and followed up with a phonecall to check the sunglasses were definitely in stock. The service was slick, delivery next day, the staff couldnt do more to help, the prices were competitive and the sunglasses themselves were perfect. I own several pairs of Celine sunglasses purchased from Celine stores directly- I can guarantee the sunglasses at sendoptics are authentic and identical to those purchased at Celine. If the website can show the inventory of the items, it will be much better for me to decide buy or not buy, and how many pairs i can buy.
And the shipping fee is a little high.

I truly recommend this shop for everyone in search for new glasses. I felt very well-treated from start to finish. The first shipment got lost on the way to Germany, but this didn't seem a problem at all, another parcel was sent right away. All of my questions were answered promptly and in a very satisfactory manner - even on weekend!

I recently purchased a pair of Oliver peoples sunglasses they arrived the next day.
The sunglasses looked better than I remember from the picture but they came with the all the certificates and also the excellent case that comes with the sunglasses. I had to post a review as the service is second to none compared to larger companies. Can't wait to purchase again my next pair deffo going to be Saint Laurent
