Avoid!! Selling poor quality products like Sony ps5 elite headset without refunds or replacing the faulty product also they let me wait 1 month just to let me know that theres no refund and theres nothing they can do. Avoid!!!!!!!!!

They have a fantastic variety of construction materials that you just don’t find everywhere else. It’s like a treasure trove for DIY enthusiasts! While I did notice that some prices are a bit higher than other stores, the quality and selection make it worth it. You really get what you pay for, and honestly, it feels good to support a shop that offers such unique products. If you’re tackling a project or just looking to spruce up your space, I definitely recommend stopping by!

Purchased a lot from Senukai recently, had two minor issues: 1. Poor quality item - refunded. 2. Wrong colour delivered - replaced with no issues and no need to return the old one.
Customer service is excellent, fast and efficient responses. Very pleasant.
Got 3 more rooms to decorate, will continue using this company. Thanks!

Made a purchase with 2 day delivery
Made a purchase with 2 day delivery, 6 days and many phone calls later it has just been delivered.
Driver refused to get out of the van and help unload.
Shocking customer service, delivery apparently not their responsibility!!!!!
Shameful.

Useless Customer Service
Made an order, paid for it, waited for a week for them to get back to me just to cancel the order due to the inability to fulfil it. Waited another week for a refund. The amount of a refund came back wrong. Has been trying to get the rest of the refund for a month now, still no luck. The customer service keeps replying that it will come within 3 days and nothing is happening.

Extremely poor and bad experience
If there was an option for 0.5 stars or 0 stars I would give it. One of the worst possible customer experience I have come across in last 20 years. Dont buy electronics from Senukai. 1) They dont know much about it 2) No enthusiasm to sell 3) Unrealible information provided all the way from purchase to delivery. If you speak to 5 people you will have 5 different versions of information 4) You will feel helpless even if you are a returning and loyal customer of 5 to 10 yrs 5) No one is really willing to help in customer care. 6) They hang up on you. 7) Charge for "Delivery" doesnt include delivering it to your door, they charge extra for door delivery on top of delivery. If I continue with the list it will not fit in this review. If you did not go through 'hell' with them then you are extremely lucky.

I purchased an item with 2 day delivery…
I purchased an item with 2 day delivery option, 5 days later, after not reciving my order in time, I've logged in to my online Senukai account to find out the 2 business days have changed to 20 calendar.
Customer Servise rep not helpuf at all, instead tried to blame me for not loooking at the right delivery time, instead of admitting it was their mistake.

Doesn’t care about customers
Delivery was postponed. Then the wrong package was delivered (I ordered an Xbox and received some electric cables instead). Customer service is not responsive, keep stating that they will answer shortly but doesn’t. Issue has still not been resolved.
