I booked this SEO course to supplement my experience as a consumer magazine writer and editor and it did not disappoint. Danny managed to make the training both useful and interesting and he tailored it to my experience and needs. I'm giving the course 10/10 and there is follow up help available from Danny which is invaluable too.

I discovered Danny Richman's excellent article 'Can you trust Trustpilot? – 9 million reviews studied' whilst seeking an explanation for Trustpilot's unrealistically generous (in my opinion) star rating for the parcel delivery business Hermes UK being so at odds with the ratings awarded by all other review sites. Danny actually used Hermes UK as an example of how an overwhelming proportion of invited reviews, predominantly positive, can skew Trustpilot's ratings.

Try searching for "Why you Should Never let your Web Developers Host your Website" and reading the article written by SEO Training London. It's basically explaining how to get away with not paying for the work you commissioned, should you decide to break the terms of your contract. They should be ashamed of such an article!

The article highlights the story of a business that broke the terms of their contract and refused to pay for the work completed.

The contract stipulated that any issues had to be reported within 3 months.
The company asked for work to be done outside of this 3 month period, which they agreed to the £1,500 price tag and then refused to pay.

Whether it was written yesterday or 6 years ago is irrelevant.
If you no longer stand by the article, take it down.

Yes, I'm a web developer.
Yes, I encourage people to host with myself.
Why? Because I don't want the websites I build to end up on a poor hosting package, not giving a true reflection of the quality of my work.
I'll admit, I like the idea of having some sort of fall-back for clients that think it's OK to commission work and then not pay for it.
Thankfully, I've not had a client refuse to pay in the 20 years I've been operating. There are plenty of them out there though!

Articles like this just encourage people to think they're entitled to something that was built for them, even though they didn't pay the agreed fee.

Offensive experience from Danny’s communication & justification for company selection.

Website states that Danny will train those with an active website and business, for between 1 candidate to 100.

When refusing a potential booking it would be well mannered and professional to reply back to the enquirers response.

Also try to be a bit more consistent and clear on your reason for refusal. As your reasoning is that we are not a limited business, however your website clearly states small start ups and has testimonials from a individuals beauty start up.

I can’t help but feel that your feedback becomes very personal or unclear on you differential or discriminatory criteria.
