officially requested a cancellation and refund on March 5th. They ignored my email for days and intentionally waited until March 9th to send the letter just to keep my €18.95. I already cancelled my subscription on Feb 27th. This is theft.

Our customers have the option to print these cancellation letters for free and send them themselves. You can also use our mailing service, where we send the letter to the company by registered mail. We charge shipping costs for this, but there is certainly no obligation to pay.
If you do not wish to use our mailing service, you can always contact your supplier directly.

Tired of Unclear Gym Cancelation Policies
I had to cancel my gym membership at Let's Go Fitness. I kept receiving bills and payment request statements (for a crazy amount), despite me not even using my membership and being out of the country. I got sick of all the letters and decided to use Sepastop. I was hesitant at first, but it is 100% legit. They sent the cancellation letter within a day, and I just received an email from Let's Go Fitness confirming my cancellation! Thank you so much, Sepastop!
