The worst customer service.Sizes bigger than described and return policy also very bad.Very disappointed.

My dress has discolored and I after I reached out to the customer support service I was promptly helped by Elena. I got a new dress delivered to my home within 2 days. Very happy with the support I’ve received.

Suddenly, I didn't know about Seraphine while I was pregnant but I am enjoying with my baby the maternity clothes.
Also, they have great customer service. Rebeca has been so helpful in answering emails and solving my issues.

I had an issue with a return, and Noor from Seraphine provided outstanding customer service. She responded to my email in less than five minutes and processed my refund just as quickly. The entire experience was seamless and hassle-free. I truly appreciate the efficiency and professionalism.

I bought a nursing hoodie when I was around 7 months pregnant, so I didn't get to wear it until after my return window expired. When I finally did wear it, it left loads of lint all over everything it touched. I washed it in the washing machine and it coated literally everything in lint. TERRIBLE quality. I sent an email about it and received an "oh, well. Sorry nothing we can do" kind of response. Company does not stand behind its products.

My first order from Seraphine and will be my last. Sizing is awful. I’m a size 8 everywhere- both pre-pregnancy and any pregnancy clothes I’ve bought from elsewhere. Seraphine clothes are enormous, I’m not convinced size 6 would fit me either so not even going to bother trying. Given they have paid returns you’d expect sizing to be accurate.

I ordered a Subzero Parka for my Daughter over a holiday weekend.The order went through, I paid & then learned the coat was sold out in her size. Elena, very responsive Customer Service agent saved the day, told me about another Parka, almost identical, which I ordered., Paid for & my daughter received tis evening.
She loves it! Said it's beautiful! Best part is that she's in CO. & i'm in NJ , and I know that both she & my first
Grandchild are toasty warm. Thanks Elena! You Customer Care was extremely appreciated.

I had some issues with my order. First my order did not arrive and then I had issues returning some of the items however Elena from customer services was very helpful and always responded quickly to resolve the issues which really improved my experience.

Lovely maternity coat, with baby wearing panel. Really comfy, great fit, looks good and good quality. Had an issue with one of the seams and customer service quickly arranged a replacement.

I had to do 2 returns in Germany.
After a while that i did not receive feedback, i used the chat to ask information. I talked with Sabina. She was very kind and gentle and answered to all the questions asap and clearly. Now just waiting for the cash back.

I bought two coats with inserts for children, one lighter and the other heavier. I had an issue with the size of one of the coats, and Hina from customer care resolved the problem quickly, even though it was during the Christmas holidays. Here in my city, people often ask me where I bought my coat because you can't find such a useful item in stores! It wraps my little one perfectly and keeps her warm, and it allows me to take her anywhere without needing a stroller. I'm so happy, and she loves it :)

Product didn’t fit (the sizes are bigger than most stores) so returned the item. Was charged £4.95 to ship and then £3.95 was deducted from my refund amount to cover the costs of the return. I wasn’t given the option to use a different (cheaper) courier and it wasn’t clear that I would be charged retrospectively for the return.

I essentially paid £8.90 to try something on. Pretty poor in my opinion.

Bought this jacket for my wife. She loves it!
It also keeps her warm.
