Very decisive description and photos on…
Very decisive description and photos on their website in Christmas holiday you pay 30£ as discount from 60£ thinking you will get gown and some night dress under it as the model is wearing both and the picture get robe is opened to show you dress underneath no warning or explanation you have to buy dress separately as its only sleeping gown so i ended up returning both robes as even couldn't find their night dresses on website and i wanted two pieces set

Great for the jackets, but poor quality on other items
I purchased one of their adaptable coats which I was really happy with. I recommend the jackets highly, especially if you can get them on a bit of a discount!
Afterwards though I ordered one of their adaptable zipped hoodies (Jetta) which I was really disappointed with. It was quite expensive and I felt wasn’t worth the money at all. The zip is made of a cheap plastic, and worst of all the length of the arms were really short. This hoodie is supposed to be on of those where you can fit your thumb through the hole, but mine just about reached my wrist (let alone the hole). There was clumsy threading all over the place too. Customer services was great, but overall I feel I’ve lost trust in the brand and its quality. I’ve seen other reviews about how non pregnancy coat items come out poor quality too.
So I guess overall I’d say go for it if you’re thinking about a coat but don’t get sucked into the other expensive stuff!

Excellent customer service
I bought a baby wearing coat from seraphine. The coat is great quality and my baby is really snuggled in the soft lined baby panel. I did have an issue with my purchase which I contacted customer service about and Sabina was fantastic at resolving the issue quickly. Highly recommend this brand, it’s clear they value their customers.

I bought a winter jacket and jeans. They covers my 27 weeks belly and very comfortable to ware! Nothing fits my big belly but Seraphine outfits.

Good customer service
I had ordered a coat in the black Friday sales and it was felt it was too large however by the time it arrived and I wanted to return and exchange the coat was back to full price and I must admit I was shocked that such a luxurious maternity brand charged for returns and didn't offer exchanges. Nevertheless, I contacted customer services and spoke with Noor was incredibly helpful. Noor was more than willing to help me order the new size due to it being a sizing issue and to keep it at black Friday price. In the end though, I actually decided to keep the bigger size as once I tried the baby carrier underneath etc, it was just right. The coat itself is beautifully made I do feel Seraphine should offer free returns and exchanges however when we are already paying such a premium price.

Price meets quality
Its a bit expensive for my budget. Its looks good online but I did not regret buying the coat that I kept going back and adding to my cart. Its really good, comfy and quality meets my standard. Seraphine coat are highly recommended. If budget allows again I will surely buy again from this brand.
