I recently purchased a Seraphine coat from a department store. The coat itself is beautiful and very warm. Given the price, I thought that this would be a high-quality item that would last me for many years, but the zip attaching the baby wearing insert fell off the first time I wore it out. I contacted customer services to request a replacement zip, which I told them I’d be willing to pay for, but was simply told that they would not help because I hadn’t purchased the coat directly from them. The department store obviously can’t provide me with a new zip as they don’t manufacture the products. I really expected more from this brand, and I am so disappointed that I can’t wear the coat over my baby after only one outing. Most mums have to really stretch themselves to afford Seraphine products, and deserve better than this!

Poor quality coat at a high price. I bought in the sale a while ago when I was first pregnant, still expensive from sale when its this bad quality. Not been wearing long because of this, and the zips are awful. They're a very bad design and keep turning and getting stuck, which is very difficult to sort out when you've got a baby in a carrier. Customer service won't help as I bought a long time ago, but item should still have basic function.

Khadijah from the chat customer service was excellent. She listened to my request and helped me solve it. She was quick and very helpful. The service generally has been amazing and I have received some lovely pieces to help me navigate motherhood and postpartum.

I've been eyeing Seraphine jackets a while and when I saw the $99.00 sale on parkas, I jumped at the chance. This jacket is flattering, keeps me warm and dry and will be perfect to transition from pregnancy, to keeping baby warm in my arms and even after. The quality gives me confidence this jacket will last for years to come. The details: buttons, zippers, drawstrings and hood give a nice clean and pulled together look. I love that I can remove or keep the fur lining on the hood. The interior lining is beautiful and keeps me so warm. Needless to say, I'm very pleased with this jacket. I ordered my pre-pregnacy size and it fits perfectly!

Usually nice clothes, but I recently bought a dress that leaked black dye all over me on the first wear, staining my fingers and nails, and getting a refund has been a total faff. They're insisting I send it back (despite me sending photos of my inky fingers) but failing to pick it up (though I'm sure they'll blame DHL). Has put me off buying there.

Charged 50% of sticker price in duties. No communication on website on likely cost. Ridiculous. Don't buy without this knowledge. False advertising by company.

Absolutely amazing baby wearing coat. Ordered one size in sale and was too big. Ordered next size down and was still too big. Went to order smaller and was no longer on sale and was back to full price. Seraphine agreed to refund the difference down to the sale price once I'd emailed to confirm I was happy with that size. The coat is level 4 warm and I am always cold so it's perfect. The insert keeps my 3 month nice and toasty. Plus it's a really good quality coat and is a really nice fit without the insert in as well.

I wasn’t sure if this company was high quality, but I was on the hunt for cute nursing clothes and Seraphine was the only company with what I was looking for. Although pricey, I’m so glad I got everything. On top of that, they have excellent customer service. Sabina helped me when I had an issue with one of my dresses. She sent out a new one right away to make up for it, now I’m just waiting for it in the mail! I will buy from here again in the future.

Very nice support and good quality product

I recently purchased a winter coat and thermal leggings from Seraphine, and I am absolutely thrilled with both items – the quality and comfort are outstanding!

I had opted for express shipping (1-2 business days) but noticed on the afternoon of Day 2 that I hadn’t received a shipping confirmation yet. I reached out to customer service and received an incredibly prompt and friendly reply from Rebeca, who explained that a public holiday had delayed processing – something I wasn’t aware of. She immediately refunded my shipping costs and went above and beyond to arrange for my package to arrive the very next morning.

The customer service experience was exceptional, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I highly recommend Seraphine for both their quality products and their attentive, customer-first approach!

Gorgeous clothing for mums to be : I bought the hospital bag containing nightdress, pyjamas and dressing gown, my daughter was thrilled.

Ordered two maternity coats from Seraphine online and unfortunately had an issue with the sizing. Contacted customer service and Goldie swiftly reached out to me and helped me complete the return and reorder of the correct size. She went above and beyond to make sure I got the correct size and even arranged express delivery for me. I am so impressed by her outstanding customer service, she made me feel like a VIP customer. Because of this wonderful experience, I will be ordering more items soon!! Thank you Goldie and Seraphine, I love my maternity coats and my little one does too!
