Greedy, rotten, liars. Stay FAR away.

Booked an extended stay based on their self-description of being a bespoke-quality property management service who prides themselves on quality.

Arrived to a run-down old apartment, but didn't want to rule it out just because of age. Tried to sleep on their cotton covered rocks (aka beds) but hurt my back when I got out of bed in the morning. And a sore back wasn't all - I also had a sore throat from something in the air of the apartment.

The next morning, I find cockroach corpses and bug feces on the window sill that was only inches from where I was laying my head. I find paint peeling from the ceiling in multiple rooms. I find mold growing in the bathrooms.

All of this would have been easily remedied by allowing me to shorten my reservation - but this company is 100.000% money driven. Tell them that you're in physical pain and poor health after staying at their dwelling - politely request to shorten your stay - and they say, "tough luck sucker, it's our money now".

Here's your big red flag: they have no phone number and hide their email address behind a randomized coded name so that there's no direct link between themselves and their customers.

WOW.!! I will avoid them like the plague in the future - and I highly recommend you do too. I'm now stuck for 19 days in a dilapidated old shabby-shack that they sold as "luxury accomodations" using highly photo-shopped pictures.

They fraudulently mis-represented their property, then tell me that they "can't modify my reservation because it is against policy" - a policy that they have published, I have read, and which does not prohibit modifying reservations.
