I have ordered toilet paper several times from Serious Tissues. Initially, it was a little cumbersome to order a one-off rather than enter into a continuing contract but this has now been sorted and the ordering process is impressively easy and quick. The product itself is fine and rather better on the environmental front than many of its apparent competitors.

I love the sustainability of their products, and for this reason alone, it's worth every penny (even though you will pay a few more pennies than most of their market competitors). It only loses a star for us because I'm afraid it's not quite soft enough for our personal liking, therefore sadly we won't be buying again. But do give it a go, and their service is great, btw.

A great product with quick and friendly service. I had a great experience today with their customer service. I got a really quick reply to my query with a great, fuss free resolution. They were really helpful and obviously care about their customers. Been with Serious Tissues now for a few years and would highly recommend.

I mistakenly set up a subscription to Serious Tissues when I'd meant to make a single order, They sorted this out for me on a Sunday - cancelling my sub and checking that my order was still coming. I was very impressed with their efficiency and politeness.

The main thing is the planet friendly stuff. All aspects of your loo paper seem good to me. The sheets could be a little larger, though.
I'm sure I'll be back for more one day.

This toilet roll was so rough that it reminded me of when we had to go to an outside toilet and the toilet paper was rough then and it just reminds me of this now. Would never buy again.

We've tried pretty much every equivalent eco friendly brand and this one is the best. Good value, no nonsense product and reliable delivery. No unnecessary wrapping, reliable and consistent quality product. It's good for the environment and does the job! What more can you want?

The quality has certainly deteriorated since we first took out our subscription a while ago. The paper is harsher and less absorbant. Sorry, but you've lost a customer.

I set up regular deliveries of toilet paper and kitchen rolls but realised that the intervals weren’t working. It was quick and easy to cancel or bring forward an order as needed. I like the fact that there is no bamboo in the products.

I like the quality of the paper and the minimal packaging. The product is also delivered quite swiftly.

Great customer service, easy to change date if you don't need your next batch just yet, I get laundry sheets from them as well. It's so much less hassle to lug home toilet paper from the shops, and washing powder. Great idea, great service. Good value for money.

I’ve had toilet paper, tissues and kitchen roll from Serious Tissues. The toilet paper isn’t the softest I’ve ever used but I love that it’s recycled, made in UK, comes in the simplest of packaging and arrives quickly. Also I’m helping to plant trees. What more could I ask?

Efficient service, good products

The products are all great even the tissues and it is so amazing that they are ALL made from recycled paper. The delivery system works very well although you do need somewhere dry to store your supplies.
