false advertising and atrocious customer service
I placed an order for £80 worth of merchandise, I received 1/4 of it and was told the rest would be sent later. Nothing came, so contact company and was told it had been lost! They said they would send it, they sent it to the wrong address and two of the items look nothing like whats in the photograph. When contacting the company they said they would send out a replacement, nothing arrived, and when contacting the proprieter I was told that it was not their problem, that it was MINE! no apology was ever given, and I am now left with items that look nothing like what I thought I was buying. Stay far away from this company if you want to avoid masses of headaches
