Professional, Reliable Restoration When It Matters Most

We had an excellent experience working with ServiceMaster Restoration in Edmonton, especially with David Walters as the project manager. From start to finish, his professionalism and communication truly stood out. He was approachable, easy to talk to, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made a stressful situation much easier to manage.

Our situation involved a Category 3 loss under an insurance claim, and David handled everything with a high level of expertise and care. He was dependable, fair, and highly organized throughout the entire process. He followed through on what he said and treated us with genuine respect and courtesy at every stage.

What impressed me most was his attention to detail and accuracy—nothing was overlooked, and everything was handled efficiently and professionally. He’s also very relatable, which made it comfortable to ask questions and stay involved throughout the process.

The crew he brought in was just as impressive. They were always on time, polite, and very courteous. They made sure we were comfortable in our home, worked hard, and kept everything extremely clean. Their professionalism and respect did not go unnoticed.

The contents team who handled our personal belongings were also outstanding. They were efficient, punctual, caring, and empathetic. They treated our items with care and communicated clearly every step of the way. Their professionalism during such a sensitive part of the process meant a lot.

Overall, I highly recommend ServiceMaster Restoration and David Walters. You’ll be in capable, trustworthy hands with a team that truly cares about their work and their clients, especially when dealing with complex situations like a Category 3 loss.

Thanks David and crew!!

Dishonest company they will trick you…

Dishonest company they will trick you into signing a ridiculous contract right after a house fire and charge you ridiculous amount of money through your insurance. There workers stole valuable items from the house. They didn’t do anything. They also charge you for work they didn’t do. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
