Storage is okay but very unhelpful customer service
The storage entrance is not on ground level, so you have to carry or push everything up and down a steep ramp. It was impossible to reach the key and the magnet was missing, so we hurt our fingers when it closed trying to get the key and tag out. Even though I sent them the autogiro application the same day I received it, I was still charged the administrative fee, and they claimed they did not receive it and were not able to cancel the fee even though they were in the wrong. So make sure you confirm it with them! The storage is as expected.

Tack för ditt omdöme. Autogiro-ansökan tar alltid lite tid innan den är godkänd av banken. Flera städer har vi olika anläggningar att välja mellan. Det kan finnas förråd som passar bättre på marknivå eller närmre entré. Kontakta oss gärna om du vill ha hjälp med ett förråd som passar bättre.

Smooth! And without any human help!
All went very smoothly! This is the second time we're going with Servistore since our previous experience was also very good with them. One minor issue was in finding our storage container. The smaller containers had very small number labels which we initially missed and had to look around a bit for ours.

Booked servistore Jonkoping
Booked servistore Jonkoping. Touch screen to access key didn’t work???!!! So wasn’t able to get key and had to arrange other storage options in short notice. No one to call after 17.00??
Really a waste of time, energy and money!
