Avoid them at all costs, they're thieves!!! An agency in Milan, Italy, went bankrupt (just like the other agency in Milan => Boom... what a coincidence!!!!). They take the photographers' money and go bankrupt without even telling you – I contacted their clients and they all know about it!

Setflow have failed to pay us for photography carried out in October 2025. More than 60 days have elapsed since we invoiced in the first seven days of November. As others have said they fail to answer emails and no method communication

As a freelance photographer, I had a disappointing and frustrating experience with Setflow.
When I accepted an assignment, the platform displayed a compensation of €185. However, after completing the work and delivering the requested photos, I discovered that in another section of the platform the amount was suddenly shown as €50, without any clear explanation or notice.
Adding to the confusion, Setflow’s payment system only allows withdrawal requests during the first 7 days of each month. If you don’t submit the invoice in that narrow window (which is not properly highlighted), you simply lose the opportunity to be paid until the next month — even if the work has been delivered on time.
In my case, despite the client being charged €199, I ended up with no payment yet and no transparency on how these amounts are managed.
This is not acceptable for a professional collaboration. A platform that retains 75% of the job’s value and creates such unclear conditions for freelancers is not respecting the people who actually perform the work.
I would advise other creatives to be extremely careful and demand clear agreements and payment terms before working through this platform.
