Set in Stone are so helpful, efficient and friendly. We shopped around with local competitors and Set in Stone were head a shoulders above the rest from a customer service perspective. We also shopped around online, and could have got the worktops a little bit cheaper but we felt in such safe hands with Set in Stone it was worth a few extra pounds for peace of mind! I would highly recommend Set in Stone to anyone and Cassandra who helped us all through our project was brilliant. She was quick to reply when we had any queries or concerns and kept us informed at every stage

From my first meeting with Anna I felt sure I was going to be completely satisfied with the product and service provided and I was correct. Competitively priced work tops which have transformed my kitchen. Rose was friendly and informative and orchestrated template taking by Josh who gave me sound advice and installation by Brendan and Nathan who gave me useful care and maintenance information. Upon completion of my fantastic job I rang the office to thank them for a job well done and spoke to Cassie who was enthusiastic All persons I have had the pleasure of dealing with at Set in Stone were a delight, considerate and conscientious. This was my first experience of stone work tops and I couldn’t be happier. Set in Stone were a really easy company to deal with, great communication and excellent advice. I decided to go for stone window sills, upstand and backsplash. The fitters did an excellent job and it looks amazing. I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you for transforming my kitchen.

When we placed an order, we decided to go in to the branch, rather than through emails or over the telephone, (good decision). Michelle was really helpful (Maidstone branch), as was Malcolm, we had previously liaised with Malcolm who helped and advised, to get the headstone and kerbset that we wanted for our family member that we very sadly lost. From order to installation it took 7 months, and we are really pleased with it. The price was really good, in comparison to many others we had looked at online. Good customer service - highly recommend!

Cant recommend them enough, mum recently passed away and we asked them to add mum on the headstone which always looked wonky after another company erected it in 2001, but now it looks great and we are very happy, professional, compassionate and even the Town Council recommended them

We had quartz kitchen worktop fitted by Set in Stone. The staff are very friendly and reassuring every step of the way. We had an issue with the final result which was rectified in a very professional manner without fuss and in a timely manner. Very happy with the final result.

Fantastic company to deal with were able to supply and perfectly fit the quartz worktops.
Great comms by email / phone and lads fitting were great really friendly an asset or the business.
Turned the whole thing round quickly from template to fitting even during pressures of covid etc.

From start to finish Anna, Craig and their team have been excellent. Extremely helpful and quick to respond to any requests. Always keeping me informed on the status of my job. Once measured and agreed my kitchen quartz back splash was delivered and fitted within a week. The fitting team were first class, polite friendly and extremely efficient. Installation completed in a morning and looks wonderful. Thanks for the great service. fantastic company to deal with from start to finish. gave us lots of choice of granite, came to site next day to measure up and four days later it was installed! and all done whilst beating the best price we had received from other suppliers.

I have had an amazing experience with this company. The customer service has been excellent and quick to respond to any queries or information needed. The guys that came round to the house to fit the granite were extremely polite and professional. They did an amazing job for us and even threw in a granite chopping board we were not expecting which in itself was pretty hefty. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for honest quality service and product.
