This agency is a scammer i registered with them last year after when I finished paying for training in did not get any certificates from them, since early last year till now they did not book me for any shift I sent them all my training certificate thinking that they are relevant but not knowing that they are scammer's please I will like you guys to give me my p45 and also remove me from you guys system now I have been calling them since last year September they have not picked my call during November I noticed that they have blocked me this month now they started sending me list to register so that they will collect more money from me again with out offering me any shift since last year January till now

I've had a great experience so far with this company everything has gone very smoothly very happy 😊 communication has been excellent and everything explained to me brilliantly.

Worked with seven over 12 months with no issues at all. I became aware that staff I had been familiar with through booking shifts and any correspondence had left the company. Now I’ve not had any shifts since around September 2025. My compliance had expired but I couldn’t complete because I hadn’t been enrolled on anything. They keep changing my case worker. There’s zero communication so I’m having to repeat myself and there doesn’t appear to be much knowledge within the mental health sector. I completed face to face training then a week later was sent a list saying I had all this training to do. The training I’d done a week prior. I’ve sent documents multiple times and I’m just getting nowhere. Very disappointing and frustrating. I’m considering removing myself from the agency as I don’t feel confident with them anymore.
