Probably the worst retail experience…
Probably the worst retail experience ever... Im still waiting for replacement north face boots which were faulty. Always promised someone will take ownership and deal with it but always I have to chase. Does it really take 3 months to get replacements...

Poor first impression
Bought item only to be informed later that it was out of stock, owing to a systems issue, so money would be refunded to me. Communication from the help desk was brilliant, prompt and decisive but ultimately I'm left briefly out of pocket for goods that were never available
