I went to the shop in Tunbridge wells where I was served by 2 very helpful young ladies. They arranged for a pair of shoes to be delivered to my homes they didn't have my size in stock and they arrived the next day. I purchased another pair of shoes that were in stock as the deck shoes I particularly liked weren't available in my size which was a shame. I found the seats provided for trying on shoes were a bit too low for me. Overall a good experience.

Sales person is not customer friendly and I paid for next day delivery and product got delivered only on second day
Sales person were not customer friendly. I paid for the product when the sales person said I can get the product delivered to the shop next day and then collect it. When I went to the shop on next day and asked for the product I have been informed that if you have not got the email then its not delivered to the shop and I come back when you get the email. I got the email on second day, then why I have been said that the product will be delivered next day to shop..??
I ordered a shoe for trekking which I was suppose to start on next day and the shoe was not delivered. I collected the shoe after a week back from the trip.
Worst sales people, I retained the shoe as I liked it more, else would have returned it due their inability to deliver on time and unsatisfactory customer handling.
