Jasbinder Bains and Brad Dayman visited on 26/01/26 regarding a blockage in the cellar (Work Order: 000014206038-0010). They arrived within one hour of reporting the public sewer leakage that runs through my property, which was incredibly impressive.

Both were professional, friendly, and efficient. They sorted out the blockage, disinfected the area, and cleared all the debris. I’m very grateful for the work they carried out and the care they took.

attended our property and also the neighbours, CCTV was done, and clearing of blockages .
Ryan gave me some info with regards to our drainage system for future reference, regarding house in the next street , which will prove beneficial to us, as we have issues every so often . Paul Dennis reference 14140296 was absolutely fantastic and worked really hard to identify the source of the leak. He was polite and professional and obviously highly skilled and experienced. He fully explained Severn Trent's process to us and was reassuring and gave us lots of great advice. We are extremely grateful to him.

I gave five stars because of the service from David Adshead from ST Water. He phoned ahead of the visit I was expecting to say he was on his way and sorted my problem out very quickly and professionally. Also the customer service team very helpful.

Had a visit from Chris Roche this morning (14112523) to check issues with our water pressure. He was very friendly and helpful and checked internally and externally to make sure there was no loss in pressure. I guess being in the countryside, it is what it is. Thanks for being so helpful. John

I phoned STW approx 8.45 am due to a leak from main water tap at top of drive. The water was pouring down the drive. At about 11.20 had a call from Gethin STW employee.
20 mins later he arrived got straight on with it didnt take him long to fix it. Showed me foto of what he had done. He was very friendly and helpful. Job ref: 14073169

The lads Jake and Fran came out and cracked on. They left no stone unturned. They didn't stop untill they figured out if there were any other issues. They were chatty honest and explained everything they were doing. They worked great together and I appreciated them getting the job sorted so efficiently.
