I ordered a kit with free delivery which arrived quickly. I was disappointed because it was not the quality that I had expected, so I returned the item using the Freepost label provided.

The refund arrived quickly, but a delivery amount was deducted from the return. I had not expected a delivery charge because the item qualified for free delivery and the return was Freepost, and nothing that I received from Sewandso after placing the order made any mention of a delivery charge.

I'm not saying that returns shouldn't incur a charge, but I don't think I am being unreasonable in expecting to be advised of a charge before it is made.

Every time I've ordered from SewandSo the items have been dispatched and received very quickly. Everything received has been as expected and packaged well, they have such a huge selection of sewing supplies that I'll definitely be using them again.

Have ordered a few times from Sew and So and cannot fault them at all!!

Any questions are answered promptly and courteously, orders are dispatched quickly (even a standard delivery got to me the day after dispatch!!) and is securely packaged.

Amazing choice of sewing items. I love the cross stitch charts and the fact that they list all the cottons charms and material you need to complete it. delivery is super fast.
