AVOID

Ordered on 25 November. Received email on 27th Dec stating item had been shipped, but no tracking provided. As of today still not received item. Emails sent to this company requesting edd and tracking number have been ignored … avoid !!!

Update - opened a dispute with paypal and refunded.
Seller texted me after paypal refund to ask if i wanted refunding !!! the items ordered were never sent because the checkout system did not charge me shipping for x 2 balls of wool. The seller said i had chosen collection !!! Even though the shipping email received said the goods were dispatched and on their way to me. The seller did not respond to my emails because other people have told her they do not receive her emails, so she didnt respond to mine !!! What hard work and time wasted … AVOID
