The service level of the store is totally out of order!
Bought a vibrator where the vibrator engine did not work and a lock was broken so the machine was in 2 pieces (not functional). Note, the vibrator was never used, I found these errors when unpacking the vibrator. The next day I visit the store in the expectation that a replacement of the product will not be a problem.
The shop assistant calls her supplier or possibly her manager. After the phone call, the expedient informs me that I saw the machine work yesterday and therefore she would not change it. I tell her that it is irrelevant since the machine is not working now and that she remembers wrong, as all she did was show me the product inside the package, which would not have been possible to detect these errors.
Hereby she rejects my complaint about the 76 euro "quality" vibrator that had never worked, nor used, as everything was still wrapped orginal at the return.
I do not know Spanish law of complaint. so I ended up leaving the shop angry with the vibrator for 76 euros left on her counter.
I have to warn about this shop with very poor service level. If you choose to buy from this store, check the product thoroughly and insist on testing the product before purchase even if she is reluctant to turn the product on, with the reason that it will destroy the batteries and you will have to wait until your purchased machine is charged at home.
