I had to give up after they refused to answer 69 (yes 69) e-mails (+ letters, phone calls, text etc. etc.).
Anyone thinking of attending one of these ripoff events need to know :- Venue is an old disused warehouse, damp, cold, uneven floors and an accident waiting to happen. Even when you pre order/book (tickets, meals and shows) you still have to queue outside (in rain, wind etc.) for 20/30/40 minutes to collect a wrist band. Once inside you have to buy tokens to obtain extortionately priced drinks and food (with no opportunity to obtain refunds on unused tokens).

Since posting the following review I have sent 50 (yes 50) e-mails to this 'company'. Originally I received a standard scripted response stating they had new owners and would respond within 7 days, then absolutely nothing. They continue to take money on line but NEVER answer or return phone calls or e-mails. Be VERY careful of parting with you money as you will not get what you have paid for IF you get anything. Our next step had to be through the courts. Despite paying well over £100 for dinner and show tickets neither our booking or names had been included on the guest list. When we complained we were threatened with expulsion from the event. Eventually they set up a table a the rear of the event next to the bar and entrance/ exit. We have now tried to make contact over 10 times (e-mail/phone etc.) but we are being totally ignored. Amazing they always respond when you want to make bookings and pay!
