Faulty product & terrible customer service

While my item did arrive promptly, it stopped working properly after 7 weeks. My initial email wasn't replied to for over a week, so I had to message again through their online chat. I was refused a replacement product because it had been longer than 30 days, even though the product is faulty! I then asked for a refund citing my consumer rights, and have been ignored for over a week now. I am expecting that I will not receive a reply at all which is extremely disappointing. Overall: rubbish product that is not fit for purpose, and terrible customer service.
