Excellent customer service again from SFB. Alex arrived to service our CCTV & house alarm - prompt, tidy and very professional.

We recently had 2 Intercom's installed at our Property by SFB Solutions. From the Quote stage through to the installation, the service and level of detail was excellent. A great Product which is easy to use and 'hard wired' in ensuring no issues with connectivity. Alex and the team were friendly and have professional staff, really good Customer Service. I would highly recommend SFB whether it be for Alarms, CCTV, Intercom's or WIFI.

I have had the pleasure to encounter FSB Solutions twice now. The first was my installation, where the engineer enterd my property with duty of care. The engineer was extreamly professional. While installation was in progress, the engineer explained to myslef what he is doing and why he is doing it and before is proceeds, is there any quesions I would like to ask? The engineer communication and peoples skills were extraordinary, How often can you say that about workmen? I was more than happy with his work once it was completed. Just to mention, the enginner tidy up after himself once he finished.

My 2nd encounter, I received a phone call a head of schedule, Professionalism once again carried out by a different engineer. Work was carrried out to highest standard.

Alex and his team from the beginning were knowledgable, efficient and punctual. They worked clean & tidy whilst being courteous around our home.

They installed a great system that is easy to work. Once fitting was complete they gave us all a simple run through of the system.

We have had a couple of simple teething issues that Alex has dropped by the same day this was reported - a great benefit of an installer being local.

Alex of SFB Solutions having been sent the plans came on site promptly as arranged and introduced himself. Alex then proceeded to look around the site and then discussed what he considered to be not only the best options but also the most cost effective ones while at the same seeking my thoughts on what I was looking for from a security system. I found Alex to be helpful and honest. I have subsequently had a temporary system installed by SFB Solutions and their operatives (Jack) had been absolutely brilliant.
