Wonderful, freshly dried, fragrant herbs - exactly as promised and then some. These are some of the best prices I've come across from a US-based shop, and their shipping was faster than anyone else I've ordered from. I wish they carried every single herb I need, but they carry a great deal, so I'll definitely be back.

Good quality reasonably priced. We've purchased in bulk for some of our handcrafted seasonings for a few years now. No worries, definitely recommended!

I would definitely recommend San Francisco Herb Company to anyone, and I have done that in the past to friends and family. I have done business with this company several times now, and they have always been prompt, I am a satisfied customer with the products I've ordered, and service is excellent!! They keep in communication with me. The last order I made was last week. Ordered on the 6th, they emailed me the shipping changes on the 8th. As soon as they received my approval on the charges, they Invoiced and shipped my package on the 10th. I happily received my order on the 12th, yesterday!! Order was complete!!

99% of the time you have excellent service. Usually I can order my tea and it arrives within 2-3 business days. But this time for some reason the tea was sent to Hodgkins Il before coming to Idaho. Perhaps someone mistook Illinois for Idaho? Your products are wonderful and I will continue to order from you but I just thought it was funny that the shipment should go to IL. I ordered this tea on Dec 22 and it is now Jan 1 and won't get here till the 3rd.maybe? Our tea is still on vacation in IL, not sure when it will come home to us. Nancy

Order came more quickly than I anticipated.

I had ordered from here before and was pleased again with my order. Packed well and arrived soon enough. I like that you can buy in bulk, especially the loose teas as I use it my coffee maker for hot tea. I use 3 teaspoons per 10 cup pot. It’s much better than bags and makes a smoother tea. I also like the variety of teas, seeds, and spices they have.
