Disappointing and misleading

Misleading website led me to believe the Christmas cut-off point was the 10th of December, But when I tried to order on lunchtime that day, it had already ended. When I talk to a member of their customer care team, they said I could order in January. Not particularly helpful when ordering Christmas cards. I appreciate there has to be a cut-off point, but it would be helpful if it was at the correct time. It’s very disappointing, I will not be ordering again.
