Another rogue trader in the glazing business?

Oliver Lawrence (Ollie) Safhill, trading under SG UK / UK Secondary Glazing Limited. He took a deposit for supplying and installing double glazing. After being chased for an installation date over several months, his excuses were always the same that he was delayed on a job, After setting a firm date but then not turning up he then sent an email saying "I have the windows etc ready to go" which was a blatant lie. The fabricator/manufacturer confirmed the windows had never been ordered by him or a deposit paid to activate manufacture. My advice is to never do business with this man, he is not to be trusted. He's very amiable at first, highly plausible, but actually, in my experience with him I would allege, just a pathological liar. He even then lied further about refunding us and we had to go through Section 75.
