Excellent service from quotation to completion. Detailed assessment and advice before quotation(total replacement of boiler and cylinder). Always arrived when stated and job completed within quoted timeframe. Regular updates on progress and plans for following day. Very friendly professional team who did a very clean tidy job. No hesitation in recommending them based upon our experience.

The plumber arrived early morning this week with a huge happy smile to solve the problem with my boiler for 3rd time. It was just plain bad luck on my part and we were both aware of possible problems in the future due to some rust that could be seen, but didn't expect it to happen just a week later. The reason was that the plumber didn't want to do a major repair on the connection group set in case it was unnecessary but it was only after this visit that he had to disconnect the old connection group set to be able to examine the back of it to see why the leak was still occurring and realised the level of rust wrapped around the leaking pipe was the real reason for the leak to the pipe work which couldn't have been seen even with a camera until removed. Now I have a new replacement and the plumber cheerfully said it shouldn't give any further issues and the 11 yr old boiler is good to go for another 10 or more yrs as has recently had a good overhaul. Much cheaper than a new boiler phew! More so I was so grateful to the lovely plumber, given the amount of time that the he had spent upon the works he was more than reasonable with his price for which I had real cause to be so grateful as was already worrying about the energy costs! Additionally he had already worked well into the evening having been on another job about 2 hrs away from me earlier that day the previous week so all in all this plumber is very kind and extremely hard working with no messing about. It's not often you get someone you can really trust the truth along with photos presented to explain what was wrong or might cause an issue in difficult to access places and the annual service done at the same time. I can recommend him any day to any nice customer willing to appreciate his unique set of skills along with plumbing plus a big cheerful smile. He always appreciates a cup of tea or coffee with milk, no sugar just so you know as it keeps him going whilst he works! I have had other plumbers in previous years but this one I have stuck to for several years and always appreciate his happy smile and reassurance that he can do the job. He has replaced most of my radiators, installed underfloor heating and so on when I have done various house renovation projects in the past.

After having my usual heating engineer out to try and sort my problem to no avail, my son recommended this company whom he spoke highly of.
Steve was really knowledgable and got stuck in and sorted the issues I’d been having plus a fab boiler service.

Not happy with having our boiler in the loft we asked SGH to fit a new combi boiler in our kitchen.
The price was fine, the time scale was ok, the attitude was great.
The lads did a fantastic job, installing and even correcting.
Called them the following day for support after a little ops (by me) and immediate response.
Highly recommended.

Amazing team! Where others had only tinkered and wasted our time and money, Steve got to grips with our complex boiler faults and left us with a perfectly functioning and fully serviced heating system! We can't thank him enough for his skill, knowledge and honesty. We will ONLY be using Steve for all our heating issues and servicing from now on.

Steve and his team have just completed a replacement of 9 radiators for me some were tricky as the old rads
were imperial and the new metric. The work was completed quickly and very efficiently leaving everything clean and tidy. Would recommend their

I have been late in writing this review. Steve and Co. provided a great service in renovating our bathroom. He was extremely helpful, professional, friendly and highly knowledgeable about his work. The work was completed to a very high standard and he prides himself on taking care of every little detail.
