Your main problem is your website…
Your main problem is your website access. There are now just too many "Sh" locations which come up even when an exclamation mark after the Sh is used. Also, at least one attempt comes up with Sh! ceasing to be! Don't know what you can do about it - but you should do something! The product was fine by the way!

Amazing from start to finish. Personalised and considered advice and you really feel that they genuinely care and want you to have the best time with their products.
I have been a customer since they had a physical shop, which ages me horribly, but I have never had reason to fault them, just excellent. Now if only you could restock the Pure Lube in the large cloudy version... xxx

Recently I made an online purchase in Sh! to be shipped to Portugal. I made it after I got information on their website through a modal popup that shipping to Portugal were available. It was a terrible experience afterwards, my country postal service charged a lot extra in order for the purchase to be delivered. That was an amount I wasn't expecting since I payed everything Sh! asked in the website. In the past, when Brexit started, Sh! gave an explicit information saying that they could only ship inside UK and that they were trying to figure it out the rest, and on that time, orders outside UK couldn't be done. At that time I didn't made but now, since I saw that information I expected that they figure it out and it was available shipping to Portugal. My advise is, careful with the purchases if they will be done outside UK, and in my case, to Portugal. I also send all my information and the amount that Portugal postal service were charging and Sh! Team didn't help me at all, and they should since it was their information that made ok to do the purchase.

We are very sorry you had to pay duty on your parcel. We understand it is annoying but unfortunately, we do not have control over any country's imports.
We do clearly say about possible import duties in our delivery information:
"For ALL International Deliveries: We have to add a customs declaration saying what is in the parcel. We will be as discreet as possible, we promise!
Local duty/VAT for your country (for which you will be responsible) may be applied at import. Sorry, we can't do anything about this."

We stopped selling to Europe during the transition until we (and everyone else effected by Brexit 😱 ) got to grips with the new system. But we opened up again ASAP, as our many international customers wanted to shop with us...
We totally understand how upset you are about these import duties and we share your feelings about them! :( But we did hope we were a little forgiven as you signed off your last email to us with "Thank you for helping me yesterday, it was very helpful..."
We'll investigate whether it can be made clearer on each shipping module for our international shoppers, and appeal to anybody reading this review to please take note about possible import duties on Sh! goodies, ordered from outside the UK.
