i was in the live futures trading room for 7 months-- there are 4 different traders that run the room-- alternating days and times. Some were better than others- Jennie's trades were fully random. I tracked the results in the room and they were not great-- in the end it was about breakeven after 7 months-- we had red weeks and red months. Was informative learning about market profile- but it doesn't seem to work on their live trades.

It took me a few months to grasp the value of Peter's insight into market profile, then a few more to understand how powerful his Advance/Decline study is for intraday traders. Only using his pre-market analysis at the moment, which is second to none in my opinion for those who use Market Profile.

Update...

Once Peter was apprised of the situation, he got on it immediately and resolved the situation completely. The fact that the lead person, who is very busy, took the time and corresponded with me directly, means a lot, and speaks well about ShadowTrader. This definitely made my opinion do a 180. And, overall, I am glad this was resolved from the standpoint that the information ShadowTrader is putting out is very useful, and allows for deeper thinking in regards to the markets.

I bought the ShadowTrader Advance/Decline line Indicator last week for TOS. The installation video was over a year old and the website has obviously had a number of revisions, so things on the video didn't quite sync with the website. I was able to install the indicator, but had some questions. After trying and not being able to get anyone on their listed phone number, I emailed the company with my questions. 3 days after my post I got a half-hearted return email, essentially telling me to go back to the instructions. After using the indicator a couple of days the 1 minute timeframe stopped working so I called, during the trading day, needing immediate attention. No one answered, just got the recording, so I left my name and number with my message. That was 2 days ago and I'm still waiting for a return call.
I like the indicator, but customer support woefully lacking. I can't recommend this company.

Peter and his team are awesome if you are looking for the best on line info in real time. Don't trade with out his service.

Buyer beware. One of those sites where you basically have to hack it yourself, and the trader (Peter) will bark at you for any newbie questions. Terrible unwelcoming attitude, acting like he is gods gift to trading (not). Definitely stay away
PS: receiving a reply two years after the event merely reinforces my point. Not sure how definitely stay away is inaccurate-it is my recommendation, Peter does not get to approve!
