Brilliant service all arrived on time .

My second review, after posting my first negative review someone from shamans crystal phoned me from this number +44 1234 360893 asking me why I didn’t contact them before I post my review so they can refund the price to me, then they disactivated my account to not be able to show him or them how many messages I’ve sent them .funny thing this man said to me on the phone ( I KNOW ALL YOUR DETAILS ) is he trying to scare me ? 😂

Absolutely disgusting service, bout a natural AMBER from this website they charged for delivery and received it after 17 days 😂 also was nothing to do with AMBER in fact was just a piece of black plastic. Not recommended at all .

You charged me for delivery and the delivery toke over 15 days not 2 days as u mentioned . Also u disactivated my account to after u seen how many messages I’ve sent u . And now u asking me to send it back 😂 I won’t pay for delivery again . The plastin stone still in it own plastic bag I can send u a photo to believe now . I’m really very very disappointed in ur company
People U need to sort and organise ur business .
BTW all this postage delivery and tracking are lies , bring my messages from the inbox and see how many messages I’ve sent u after those dates u mentioned. Enough lies

Shamans products have been excellent. I have ordered from there 3 times already and they have been very professional. I had one item, a crustal, that came different from the pictures, as crystals are and after talking to them they sent me a new one free of charge. Excellent customers service.
