avoid - lies on website, you won't get what you thought you are buying

Very disappointed: Shanghai Tang is having a huge sale and lied about a coat I purchased online, claiming this trench coat was reversible and size 4, yet sleeves are literally 20cm longer than arms (I know my sizes well in this brand) and it is not reversible at all. When I emailed them about this, they simply replied "no refund on this sale"... Well Shanghai Tang, if you lie to your customers, it's not about the sale anymore, it's about stealing money from them based on fraudulent information...
