They charge you 550usd for just seeing it. The affiliates are poor a poor quality. they charge 35usd per month even if you don't use it (that was not clear at the time of the sign up, and they did not refund the 35usd even though we never used the app and released we were charged every month a year later!) Avoid, it's a waste of time and money.
shareasale.com is fake affiliate network the will never send you your earned commissions.
shareasale.com is the worst affiliate network I have ever worked with. they have closed my account on the payday after approved my payments and when I tried to sign in on payday it says your account is closed for violation. i mean what the hell you cheaters you stole my money without telling me the violation... they did not send me any email after closing my account. Please don't waste your precious time on this fake fraud affiliate network. thank you.
The worst affiliate network
The worst affiliate network! Thieves!
ShareASale is the worst network to join. They stole our commission and closed our account without even sending us any email, notification or even to tell us the reasons why they closed our publisher account!!
They just kept our money like that!
Thanks ShareASale
Thanks ShareASale, Your account has been suspended
SCAMMERS
I made 1500 usd as a publisher. Suddenly my account blocked and money gone. Without any notice. So you stole my money? Scammers who steal money
Absolutely livid
Absolutely livid! paid the $500 dollars to become a merchant to help grow my business. Contacted shareasale for help with one part small of the set up process and instead of offering assistance they said I needed to get a professional developer to help me. Just to make clear, this was not some problem with my own website. It was just that I wasn't quite understanding how to follow one of the instructions they gave me for THEIR system set up! What an absolute joke of a company! Oh, and if you have even a simple question to ask them, don't expect to get an answer for 3 days!
Thanks The legit network

This Company Is Evil!
Why would I call ShareASale evil you might ask? Read on. It will all make sense soon enough.
I only signed up for an account with ShareASale due to be instructed to do so by a merchant who uses them so that companies like mine can affiliate with them as merchants. I signed up for the account & affiliated with that one merchant. I didn't really mess with my account for a few months but wanted to look into ShareASale for my own business when I had the time. Finally, a few months later, I had the time.
I liked what I saw. I saw the ability to become a listed merchant using a merchant login or to affiliate with other merchants on top of the one I already was affiliated with. I decided to take advantage of the sites features or so I thought. When I tried to affiliate with another merchant, a restriction came into play on my account essentially stating that I needed an account review to be able to do so. I thought that was pretty standard. "Maybe that is just the way the site works," I thought. OK...
Next, I went through process & they said my account was under review & it could take couple of days before a decision was made. A couple of days past & nothing. So, I contacted their phone support. I spoke with a lady who said she would escalate this for me since I called in & get me to the top of review list. GREAT I thought! She was most helpful. After that, all went to hell.
Shortly after being escalated to the "top of the review list" I received an email from ShareASale Support on March 10, 2021 at 11:02 AM EST. Here is what that email said.
----------------------
Hello,
The program you initially joined with requested that we don't screen their affiliates, this request requires that we lock their affiliates to their program. If the affiliate contacts us requesting to join other programs we will screen their application at that time. We have reviewed your application & we will be unable to remove the restriction.
In order to maintain the integrity of our network, we're unable to go into more detail as to why your request was declined at this time.
Thanks,

If the program (AKA merchant) I initially joined with truly requested that ShareASale NOT screen their affiliates (i.e. my company American Patriots Apparel), then why would my request to affiliate with other merchants "require that we (ShareASale) lock their (the merchant I originally signed up with) affiliates to their program? That doesn't make sense.
HERE IS WHERE IT GETS REALLY CRAZY! Get a load of this... Eight minutes later (March 10, 2021 11:10 AM EST), I received another email from ShareASale Support. Read that email below...
----------------------
Hello,
During a review of your account, we found content on your promotional space & linked websites that is in violation of our Terms of Use & Code of Conduct. We have therefore exercised our right to suspend your account & terminate your relationship with the ShareASale network. You can find our Terms of Use below & Code of Conduct attached:

Please note that this decision is final.

In other words, a libtard or group of libtards at ShareASale who ended up being assigned to the task of reviewing my account so that I could simply affiliate my business with other merchants, didn't like my website American Patriots Apparel because it's centered around things like God, America, freedom, sanity, & morality & they reviewed my website & got triggered over nothing & deleted my account. UNREAL! As if that wasn't bad enough, it didn't end there...at least I don't think it did.
Later that day (March 10, 2021) at 4:09 PM EST, less than five hours after this happened with ShareASale Support, I received an email from Shopify who was hosting my website. Here is what their email stated.
----------------------
Hi there,
We have recently been made aware that your account (account name extracted), is in violation of Shopify's Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). As a result, we're no longer able to host your store on our platform.
At this time, public access to your storefront has been disabled. You will continue to have access to your admin for one week if you wish to export your store data. On March 17, 2021, your account will be permanently closed & you will have no further access to your store or its data...
- Shopify
----------------------
I have the 6th Amendment right to know my accuser. Left leaning Shopify denied me that right despite my demands for it. Can I prove it was ShareASale? No, but you do the math! Less than five hours after they deleted my account & told me (the owner) it was essentially because of what our site sells & is about, Shopify also deletes us.
*This was my very 1st dealing w/ShareASale!
Poor customer service
A lot of companies that work with bloggers use share a sale. I have a few that use them and I find the platform stupid. I was owed $150 for 2 posts I sponsored. They said I wasn’t eligible for payment for 30 days. When 30 days rolled around, they claimed I was paid but I never got it. I checked my payment settings...they are fine. So I submitted a ticket. No response. I submitted another ticket. No response. So I called. No response. Conclusion—3 months later, I still don’t have my money. I think companies should think twice about using this company. Terrible interface and poor customer service make me not want to work with affiliate promotions that use share-a-scam.

I have used like a stupid this service for years as publisher on my forums, with also one of these forums with 10.000 unique users connected eachday, showing many of them banners present on their site and I have never earn a single cent. Quite sure my transaction where never reported to me... So why they offer this service for free? If you think about it, where they take them hearnings? My advice: Use another service.

Incredibly Disappointed to say the least with Share a Sale. I am creating a Vegan Niche platform and my Affiliate Application was Declined despite the Approval and Excitement of several companies regarding working with our company. If you are a business out there, consider adding an Affiliate Program directly to your web site, that way YOU decide who has access and who does not. I will definitely be sharing my experience with all of the small vegan business owners I come in contact with and will not be adding companies affiliated with Share A Sale.
I use quite a few affiliate networks…
I use quite a few affiliate networks but SaS really stands out when it comes to transparency. No other network I've been on shows you when a merchant's account is running low on funds (which means you may not get paid) and if a merchant has a high chargeback rate (something some unscrupulous merchants do to get free sales).
When I had a dispute with one of my merchants they sent an email to them on my behalf. The merchant ignored it and I simply terminated my relationship with them but the network at least helped me.
They really do a lot to ensure a level playing field between affiliate and merchant. So far I've been paid on time every time.

Their reporting and linking seem pretty accurate. I get checks from them regularly.
Have been an affiliate using Shareasale…
Have been an affiliate using Shareasale for a few years now. I have never had any issues with finding merchants or getting paid. They have recently updated their reporting system, it is a bit better and less date than it used to be. Absolutely no concerns with tracking. Have never had to contact them for support so no idea how good they are on that end of things.
Tons of merchants to choose from and the search feature is pretty good too. Payments are always on time and accurate. I've done about six figures with them and not one bad surprise yet.
