The car did not open at all, apart of that was all damaged and dirty. They have charged me over £ 30 without using it at all. They are thieves, call centre non answering at all. Avoid them

Very very bad experience.STAY AWAY.
First of all the did not aktivate my account for 3 months, wrote email, no reply. Another month, I called them , their excuse was that my ID was not visible, (I sent a clear picture when made the account) I sent them again. Another month goes by I need the car and yet what a surprise, my account is still not active. I had enough in that leriod I needed the car at least 5x and nothing, but they make you pay the 10€ deposit(in Slovakia). I wrote them my next email to refund me and delete my account. Don’t sign up. You will recieve the same dissapointment….

Very very very bad.
First, they didn't activate my account until after 3 months, even though I already paid.
Then I decided to drop someone off outside the city, and the plan was to return directly and park the car where I found it. Halfway, the car was suddenly out of battery, after driving 10km, even though it said it still had 60km to go before I left. I was stranded in the middle of nowhere outside of the city and called them. They then told me that it was not allowed to drive outside of the city, EVEN THOUGH on their website it does say that's allowed: "Je kunt buiten het werkgebied rijden, maar je moet de rit er altijd weer binnen afsluiten.". On the phone they got angry aswell and didn't help me out at all. I highly recommend people to NOT use this service.

It is very hard to get acceptance for a non-italian drivers licence, and the smartphone app is only available for italian users. I recommend using another service if you are not italian, I've had good experience with Car2go in Italy.
