Made a purchase for a PC, which had a part required to be back-ordered. Was expecting the built to be delayed but they managed to finish it within the committed time. The product was sent on time as well and the delivery was also fast. Almost got it the next day, but the box was too big for the nearby package storage so it had to be transferred to a different pick-up shop. Nothing to complain so far, the PC looks amazing, feels amazing. Felt like a kid who is finally able to enjoy the games like his childhood. Thank you SharkGaming.

When I look at shark gamings review rating I was totally shocked. How can I have had such a bad experience and so many others have such great stories. Now I understand how they’ve gathered this rating. My review got taken down for being ”dishonest” how can shark gaming say my experience is dishonest when I was talking from my experience.
I’m guessing every bad review they get they either flag it so it gets taken down or they do like they did in my case also. Write a completely disingenuous reply all of a sudden telling me I can ask for guidance when that was the only reason I contacted them after buying my pc. I truly believe that these guys don’t care about their customers and how can you be allowed to take reviews down just because they paint their company in a bad picture. Absolutely absurd!

Your PC was purchased from us in early 2022, and we can confirm that our warranty period for PC systems is three years. Unfortunately, this means that your warranty has now expired. We acknowledge that a well-maintained PC can last longer, but our warranty period is determined based on our general policies and terms.
Additionally, as already discussed, we regret to inform you that we are currently unable to offer service beyond the warranty period. Our technical department is fully booked at the moment, which means we are unable to take on new cases at this time. We understand that this is not the response you were hoping for.
We recommend that you reach out to an external technician who can assist with troubleshooting and potential repairs. Alternatively, you may want to investigate whether the issue is related to a specific component that could be replaced. If you need guidance on which components might be relevant to test, we are happy to provide general advice.
Once again, we sincerely regret that we are unable to assist you directly in this matter. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Good prices, delivered a custom build very promptly with lots of delivery safety considerations. They packaged extra goodies in the box too if you want to upgrade the computer later along the line. Their custom case is very beautiful and well crafted. Would recommend.

Customer service to improve
I was buying a gaming pc there, and despite it was ordered before “black Friday” it took 8 days to assemble. That was not how it was stated on the site (2-4 days). Also I called to order additional WiFi adapter, and asked to add it to the main order and send all together. I was assured it will be sent in a bundle, but in the end we had to come to pick Wi-Fi adapter ourselves.
Otherwise, PC is well assembled and working like a charm.

I'm sure I was unlucky
I'm sure I was unlucky, their computers might be great value buys. But for me it has not been good. There is something wrong with the PC i bought and when I raised the problem their support could not help me. So they asked me to send it back to them, they got it back tested the computer for 3-4 hours. They found nothing, told me my 250/250 cable connection that works for everything else from my old PC (On max settings and lots of tasks on) to my PS5. Never had an issue with my internet before. Now I will try and return it and I hope that goes smooth atleast.

Not happy customer, i have to pay to ship the PC back when its their issue? I bought q och few months ago and all it does is constant bluescreens. They're just told me I'm going to have to wait 15-20 days for my pc to get sorted out.

To be clear, if you make a warranty case, the warranty will cover the cost of shipping the PC to us, repairing the PC, and shipping the PC back to you after it has been repaired.
