liked the experienced but its not made for non Danish speakers
The buying process is easy and clean (for Danish speakers) and you can set and personalize our gaming PC how you want and have a good overview and it will behave for certain games and the price. I do not give 5* because i would like the page to be available in English as well, since this company is based in Copenhagen there are many foreigners who don't speak Danish and its not easy to buy with a translator. Also as soon as you pay for your order is not possible to make any change even contacting customer support. The only option they will suggest is cancel the order and do a new one and will obviously take in impact on the delivery time. That is a bit frustrating. Besides that the PC works perfect at least until now and im satisfied with what I bought.

My order got cancelled because of an error on their website, where I bought a product that was apparently "priced wrong". Also the website overall is badly optimised and has outdated info on shipping service stations.
Overall a bad impression, it doesn't seem like this is a very serious company and I won't be taking my business here again.

The product was both priced wrong and had wrong information, which meant that it could not be processed in our system.
In regards to the shipping locations - this is data provided directly from the shipping company, so if a shipping location is no longer active, it's most likely because the shipping company (post nord, GLS, Fedex etc) has not yet updated their own information.

No attention to details
No attention to details. A cable management nightmare. I will pull my hair out when i will need to change parts in the pc, the nv5 case has cable straps but they where not used. Its a nightmare to change fans or other parts that have cables! ZERO cable management in mind.The fans where installed incorectlly so i needed to do it myself and it was a nightmare. All 7 fans where blowing air out only, no fans taking air in, no airflow in mind. AIO fans cables sticking out from the sides along the cooler making the case look like crap. I could have build it myself but i wanted to skip the hustle, i regret it! Paid a lot of money and i expected a little care in mind. The so called technician that put it together had no such taughts.

A joke
I bought a pc because i needed an upgrade after 5 years.
So i decided to buy from sharkgaming for some reason which i now regret.
Everything looked good when i got the pc but for every day that went a new problem popped up or it actually was a problem with it when it came.
I was dissapointed and created an RMA and sent it back for them to fix and i described the problem exactly and how to temporarly fix. The pcs performance was cut in half on first boot of the pc and had to be restarted once through windows to tempotarly get fixed. This was in every game, my fps was 50% lower from what it is supposed to be. It had other minor problems which they fixed but didnt fix the main issue
But guess what? i get back the pc with the same issue and by the way i think the communication is very bad plus it took the 5 days to start repairing the pc after it was delivered to them. I had to email them 3 times untill they started fixing it.
Now i sent it back and it was delivered 2 days ago and still not started the repair and im doubting they will even fix the issue.
Overall very bad expierence with shark gaming but we will see what happens next, i bought the pc 2 months ago and have not had it for longer than 2 weeks once 😂

I'm sorry to hear that your PC hasn't been performing as expected.
There can be numerous reasons for performance drops, both software and hardware related, so the RMA process of identifying what's causing the issues is often quite complex. That's why we rely on very detailed descriptions of the problems, so find the culprit much faster.
RMA cases usually take a few workdays to start up, so the delay in your case has most likely been because of the holidays+weekend - we do apologize for the inconvenience.
