I won 52 dollars and withdrew a total of 162 at the.time in LTC and I still haven't recieved my money one month later. Their support also ignores your emails. I advise everyone to NOT gamble here ever they are the biggest scammers on the internet.

so you see, since 25.03. my withdrawals are pending. and you can guess, i opened a lot of tickets and request - no answer at all! not a single email or message - nothing.
my lawyer is already involved and found out who is behind them now. they dont use classic hot wallets, they use temporarely wallets and crypto mixer to avoid that you can see your withdraw or deposit history, the deposit adresses changed every 5 min.

i can just recommend to avoid this site at all.
hopefully more players will bring these scamers to prison!

I’ve been playing on this site for a while, and I can say with 100% certainty that it is a fraudulent operation. They rerouted my crypto withdrawal address, effectively stealing my funds. On top of that, they cancel withdrawals at will, leaving players with no way to cash out their winnings. Their so-called "customer support" is nonexistent, offering no assistance or resolution.

Just recently, I lost $700, and despite their advertised "cashback on losses," I received absolutely nothing. This isn't just bad business—it's deliberate deception. I’ve also seen them scam other customers and even affiliates, proving they have zero integrity.

These shady, unethical clowns constantly change their policies on the fly to justify their scams. They lure people in with false promises, then make up excuses when it’s time to pay. Do not trust them—if you deposit money here, consider it gone. Stay far away!

I want to warn fellow affiliates & Gamblers about a shady experience I’m dealing with. I’ve sent multiple emails, and this casino is flat-out refusing to pay my rightfully earned affiliate commissions. Their excuse? They claim I used a promo code—which is a complete lie. I have clear screenshots proving the money came from my referrals, not any promo! Get a job and close this farce, you have 2.7 out of 5 and you still talk about satisfied customers? Where do you see them? Don't you feel sorry for yourselves? And by the way, I confirm your site is not reachable in Italy and you DO NOT HAVE AAMS authorization, so BE careful to say you can collect players from Italy, you CANNOT. I had the misfortune of discovering this roulette without any regulation or authorization in Italy, in fact their site can no longer be visited from my country. The thing that still makes me angry, looking at the answers of these scoundrels, is that they also mocked the users who lost, saying that they were angry for having lost. I've had a pending withdraw since Sept 24th after after their most recent telegram bonus drop and their guarantee was 6 hours max. I gave them 48 before I chased them for it and now it's been almost 2 weeks and the only 2 guys that claim to handle urgent matters keep going from seen recently to seen over a week ago and now back to seen recently. Neither respond and the confirmation email gives you another guarantee that support with get back in "x" amount of time which turned out to be another lie. This is garbage especially since I joined in 2017
