Total scam..just purchased a programme that was a one off payment. I get many emails from them.but you cannot get into the website at all. The one off payment has turned into a subscription without me knowing. My bank just told me it is a subscription. Please avoid. I am currently disputing the payment with my bank.

It is clear and easy to follow what to do and how.

I feel my abs and am trying to figure out the pelvic floor. I have found some sensation internally finally! But things take time

TOTAL SCAM. The program isn't even a program, just random videos with her talking. She preys on new mothers, it's so wrong.

The clarity of the explanations of what to do, why, and how to do, kept it simple to understand. Plus, the steps are broken right down until you're ready to move thru each process...Awesome!

I love the attitude of Sharny, she teach very clear. The program is focused and yet enriched with more aspects like workouts, nutrition, streches... i warmly recommend🙏

People who actually tell the truth and speak from a place of humor and compassion.

I have never come across someone who actually is brave enough to think outside the box for women . I am 58 years old , never been shown about our need to exercise our pelvic floor . Especially with kegal balls is something new to me . Thankyou , I still have a long way to go , but it's a start to to no leaks , and great sex.

Don’t bother asking for a refund as you will not get it

Don't buy if you think you're just going to have a conventional exercise program and lose a bunch of weight. Don't buy if you're offended by sex and conversation. Do buy if you are tired of conventional and ready to listen to people who can actually relate to you. All while understanding that you get what you put in and it takes time.

The pelvic floor excercies really help. Now I can run with my kids again which I couldn't before. And it only took 2 weeks of pelvic floor training. My pelvic floor still needs improvement but it has become soo much better. Now I am sure I don't need an operation!

I am enjoying this program, different to what I thought it would be. It is quite a simple program not too difficult sometimes I add my own exercise in with it. It’s still too early to say but I can see and feel a difference just need to keep it up.

I have been into the program for one month and I'm glad to see my first results.
I think that the most important thing of the program is not the proposed exercises themselves, but the involvement it creates and the support to be motivated in doing pelvic floor exercises.
In some videos I found a slightly explicit language that I didn't find nice, but I would recommend the program.

Very disappointed. Not what I thought it was and very unprofessional. I was expecting a series of exercise routines; what I got was a load of confusing videos containing a lot of crude talk. I would like a refund but there is no mention of customer service. I actually feel very uncomfortable about the whole thing.

Just started the program but I`m delighted all good materials and that the workout really is quite simple - waiting for results! To start with I was suprised how weak my pelcvic floor is so that must be just a way up from here.

I really enjoy the exercise and can feel how my pelvic floor is getting stronger. I just love it and telling all my friends about it 💗

So, I got the pelvic floor core one. I found a bit confusing all the videos at the beginning. I thought I was buying an exercises program. Then after been able to see all the videos, finally reached the "bonus" section with the actual exercises and visualizations. Yes, they are a bit informal and you are encouraged to get a vaginal ball, egg or yoni egg, they try selling you a nice obsidian kit, but I am using a silicone one I already had from farmacy chain. So Sharny, I guess during the pandemic, did a 2 week super informal "live" meetings and now they are there in the program for you to follow. This I have found very helpful so I can follow along at home, but mostly I put in the car in my afternoon commute (not using the vag device there!) and I can do some guided pelvic floor exercises while I drive. So I am cool with that. But I was expecting something else before I bought. I can not do it everyday so still haven't finish the whole set of bonus live vids, but eventually will. That is the only nice thing to have, but is true that I'm sure you could find more in YT to follow along. Have not tryed any other of their programs. And idk why is called Sharny and Julius since Julius is never there, it should be called only Sharny's lives.

DO NOT GO NEAR THEM WITH A BARGEPOLE. Purchased on 28 Aug 2023. Requested refund on 29 Aug 2023. Oh so friendly fast replies until I insisted I wanted a refund. Then radio silence. Zero replies. Will I ever get my refund??!! Bank statement says they are based in Abu Dhabi. Highly pressurised sales and after sales tactics. No mention of sticking foreign objects inside intimate areas of body until after you’ve purchased their course. All round weird. I don’t trust any of the positive reviews. DON’T GO NEAR THEM. Based on current experience, they are a pack of thieves.

I love the program, it is a radical change of all my beliefs, finally I have found something that works - starting now week 6 and already lost 12 lbs - 6kg, down from 72 kg 😍
