Biggest mistake of my life run from sharplight

We have had their machine for 7 years. From day 1 we had issues with training, they sent us someone who trained us wrong on hand pieces! We hurt clients, we sold packages that were false because we didn’t understand what they each did apparently. They then sent us a new trainer, and then once she got here she realized, our machine wasn’t working. It took 25 attempts of getting a hand piece, it not working, getting a loaner, waiting, going weeks without income but paying for it. At one point our entire machine stopped, they DROVE one up to us with a tech, the new one wouldn’t even turn on! So he left and promised to bring us back a machine that worked. 2 years of fighting with them, finally we got one! Months here and there of a machine that didn’t work!! If we wanted a new HR hand piece, they’d forget to order it, we’d go without, they apologized, we’d wait again, call to ask for ETA to find out they forgot again. Our tattoo removal piece would stop working constantly, we had to fight over and over and over and they kept saying “it’s fine”. Warranty was up, and they finally admitted it’s broken, and guess what!? Unfixable, but we can buy a new one 😂 AVOID SHARPLIGHT AT ALL COSTS!! $250,000 wasted!!
