Totally unacceptable bad behaviour
Totally unacceptable that this is allowed. I am now left with a heap of carpet because the fitter walked out due to a bad attitude. I asked him to wear show covers and he refused saying 'why?' and that its health and safety and not allowed - this is not true as I looked into it and I spoke with the manager. I asked him to turn the radio off (I work from home and need to do my Teams meetings today) and I was responded with 'why?'. At this point I was fed up with the bad attitide and responded that I shouldn't have to explain myself. Spoke with the office who couldn't care less and were sacrastic in their interactions when I explained what had happened and tried rearranging a fitter. I'm now going to have to figure this out myself and get someone else to come out and sort it because it appears that Shaw carpets are a nightmare to deal with if you say things that they don't like. Is it too much to ask that you are respectful when you go into people's homes? The arrogance shown today by both contractor and office staff is unreal.
