Selling our property
Instructed this company to sell our property. As we wanted to move fast they suggested an investor who would be able to complete in 4 to 6 weeks. After a month the buyer changed solicitors then took another 4 to 5 months to complete. It seemed like the estate agent was working on behalf of the buyer as they were always making excuses for them and asking to give them more time. The estate agent could have re-advertised the property to get other interested parties but did not take the initiative. Only when we asked yhem to do so, did they re-advertise. When we were close to completing the estate agent let on that once we had completed, they would take the property and rent it out for the buyer. Surely a conflict of interest here. Not happy with the service, would not use them again.
