I absolutely love this company! The perfumes are wonderful and smell so unique and beautiful. Every scent feels special, high quality, and long-lasting. I always get compliments when I wear them.
The packaging is lovely and the whole experience—from ordering to delivery—was smooth and easy. You can really tell they put care into their fragrances. I’m so happy with my purchase and will definitely order again. Highly recommend!

I didn't want to write a poor review as I actually do like the scents that Shay & Blue offer but since my experience with scent club and customer service I just won't be going back. Its a shame really.
I ordered a discovery box of 5 scents plus one extra. I liked them so I decided I really wanted to try all of the S&B scents so it worked out better to join Scent Club.
Well it would if I could actually sign up. No matter what I try I cannot checkout. Scent list does not save any selections and theres no option to add a £1 fragrance to the cart. I reached out to customer service to be told to check Javascript. It is not a java script issue. So far I have tried mobile, laptop, Chrome, safari and starting a whole new account. There is no way Scent list works. I found multiple customers having the same issues and Shay & Blue just stop replying to messages completely. It has been like this for weeks.
Because of this i have ordered testers from a different company and am finding other scents as I really wanted to find a 'signature scent' for me but it it not worth the stress of trying to go through S&B.

Really is a shame. I wanted to love S&B but I just don't feel like a valued customer to them at all. So I will go somewhere that makes the buying process feel more special.

Tried to sign up to scentlist but just ended up going round in circles, so made a couple of order of scents as a set and claimed 20% discounts, bit annoying but still got to try them, delivery was very quick.
The cherry blossom smells very similar to dior blooming bouquet, but is vegan and cruelty free so way more ethical, my partner really liked the sea salt and driftwood.

Honestly every scent from here I’ve just loved! Black tulip is my signature fragrance and I always feel so confident and comfortable when I wear it!! I’ve been doing the scent list now for a few months and I love getting
To try so many fragrances without having to buy a full bottle or a tiny tester that doesn’t last!

Ok so Shay & Blue have given us a new offering with Matcha. Well I just couldn't resist. I wasn't too sure what it would smell like but thought I'd get some. Having navigated the website, and having completely forgotten that I had the £18 Easter sitting there which I could've used (doh!) I completed my order and hoped for the best. Having arrived a day early (yay) the box was opened and I'm duly sprayed up. And the smell. Oh boy is this a good one. Light, fresh,zingy and a certain something that makes this one a repeat buyer. Well done Dom and the team. This one is going to be a keeper and I can't recommend it highly enough. It's just got something going for it and I can't explain what it is but it's ooooohhhhh! Just please don't stop making this one it's going to become one of your classics.

Just received my Wild Roses EDP and I am wearing it already, it's a beautiful fragrance not the old fashioned over sweet rosé scent it's a light fresh natural scent of rose. Very pleased and will be wearing it all spring and summer.

I love Shay & Blue. I’ve had their scent wardrobe and then used that to order larger versions of my favourites and with their deals it’s so reasonably priced for good quality fragrance that lasts. The scent wardrobe also offers a great opportunity for layering and changing it up so you can appreciate the scents yourself with the variety.

I get so many compliments in the rhubarb and sandalwood and it honestly lasts all day. Black tulip is another favourite.

Prompt delivery, never had any issues.

This is the second bottle of perfume I order from them. The first one I waited 20 days exactly only for it to be delivered crushed! They gave a quick and speedy refund on that one, and I appreciate that. I thought maybe that was a fluke so I ordered another one thinking it would be different but it’s not so far. It was supposed to be delivered today so I checked the tracking and it’s nowhere to be found.

Have used Shay & Blue in the past but it's been a while since I have purchased.
The service is second to none, they keep you updated every step from confirming your order to delivery, can't fault it.

I am a long time lover of Black Tulip and haven't found another S&B fragrance that even comes close. However, tried Wild Roses in my latest order and that is a hot contender! Please introduce this in a 30ml size!

I was lucky enough to win a small bottle of the Atropa Belladonna last year.
I’ve used it all and was desperate for some more.
The S&B website was very easy to use and navigate round - a little too easy and I was wanting to buy all of it!!
