Very well done to Lee the driver and his partner for their excellent service the only thing that was poor was the last hotel in France b&b room was poor with no tea or coffee available in room also breakfast choices were poor

Brilliant holiday, excellent driver - let down by disgusting hotel in Reims - not a good end to an otherwise perfect holiday. No food either hot or cold available for evening. Thankfully our driver Lee ordered in for those who wanted to eat. Grossly understaffed and the rooms were very dated and never seen a hoover - Shearings you let your customers down by choosing this “hotel”

Lovely holiday except return hotel in Reims. No parking for coaches caused problems not the 1st time same thing occurred in Rouen. Shearings should make sure there is parking at city centre hotels or use out of town hotel.

Enjoyed the holiday trips and the hotel staff and food were very good, but air conditioning or fans in the rooms would have been much appreciated as the temperatures reach up to 34cc and bedrooms were like saunas in the nighttime, Did not like the overnight return hotel as there was no food to be had or tea making facilities in the the rooms People could not get any proper meals to eat at the the last the last service station because the rude staff there closed has we walked in.

Tour was lovely staff were absolutely great and the tour coach was perfect. On my return on the feeder coach it was extremely tight, for a 5ft3” slim build girl I was very claustrophobic I am not sure if it is just the feeder coaches that are like that or there is a certain tour I went on that is larger. I don’t think travelling on the smaller coach would have made my holiday very nice

The pick up was late (this can happen) and we were unable to access a toilet for over 5 hours. The coach was fine and the drivers friendly enough until we reached our hotel in the Black Forest. Why would you use drivers who have no knowledge of any other language? My wife had to translate for the drivers at the hotel after one of them got very angry because he could not communicate what he wanted to the owner. There was no porterage although we had been told that we would have this for the whole holiday. The hotel was a lovely provincial hotel that didn't take card payments at all. The food was great and plenty of it. The rooms were comfortable. We had a balcony that faced a huge bramble filled bank 10 feet away, very odd. Not sure why we went to Strasbourg in France for a day trip on a German holiday.

Great trip, not too far to travel on 2nd day so not as tiring as some of the other trips I have done. Guesthouse not open in the day, The lift was outside and we used our keys to access the rooms. Quirky place but excellent food, clean. Excursions great, Brilliant drivers Brian and Phil.

Great holiday, it was just the driver's George and nick very sarcastic at times , health and safety issue with many times pulling away in the coach before we had all sat down, which is dangerous,also George going on about the old shearing s which he says he had worked for 45 yrs and someone from the company had stolen 2million pounds that's why he say they went into liquidation not due to COVID, I don't go on holiday to listen to things like that, and I think safety should come first before so called dead lines, but apart from the driver's our holiday was good

the hotel in black forest was very good home maid food the over night stay going out very poor no food had to go to pizzer hut on the way back hotel not near any ware no food at night had to go 29min walk drivers neil and mark very helpfull 10 out of 10 no good if are bad on feet

The hotel was closed after breakfast and opened around 6pm Food very bland Outward and inward hotels very poor Outward restaurant open 7.30 1000pm only meal pizza not good if you don't eat cheese Inward hotel no food available like a youth hostel

The coach and drivers/couriers were excellent. Neil and Mark added a great deal to our enjoyment The outboard and inboard hotels were adequate but we're too far from restaurants for less mobile guests. The main hotel was the wrong side of good; it needs more attention to detail. The fire safety procedure was not in evidence and access to the hotel was not always available, which is a concern. All in all good value for money.
