Kyren was wonderful, a little disappointed with the the overall package. Missed out on Durham trip as we were self drive to hotel wss advertised trip would be Saturday ended up in Newcastle instead.

Excellent hotel with spacious clean accommodation. Outings well planned and interesting. The driver went out of his way to accommodate travellers. Felt very looked after.

Good value 2 night break. The coach was clean and comfortable with a safe driver. The journey was somewhat tedious because of traffic delays and diversions which were out of the company’s control. The Holiday Inn was also clean and comfortable and our twin room was spacious and had all the usual amenities . I thought the meals were Ok they were tasty and well cooked but missing little extras, like sauces, some guests complained some of the dishes weren’t hot enough. The Kynren evening show was spectacular and well worth the visit.

Great value weekend which was slightly marred by traffic holdups, diversions and other delays out of the control of the company or the coach driver. The Holiday Inn was clean and comfortable and the room was spacious. I thought the food was Ok. The Kynren night show was fantastic and well worth the visit

Badly organised. An excursion was added at the last minute. We were not told it was not included in the holiday price, and anyone choosing not to do it had to spend two and a half hours sitting in the car park. Information about the weekend was drip fed to us. by our driver, on a need to know when you need to know it basis. However, she was a very good driver and I felt very safe on the coach. The hotel was nice and it was in a good location in Sunderland, but although it takes coach parties is not really geared up to deal with them. Kynren was totally brilliant, it more than made up for any other niggles about the weekend.

Lovely driver, and coach. Holiday Inn ar Sunderland room very good and clean. One poor thing, the food was appalling it was as though it's a coach party and not much choice, breakfast cooked cold. Dinner dry tasteless, noticed quite a lot of people leaving their food. One bite and was left. Poor chef. Sorry, came home to decent meals.

Excellent show, the story the special effects the actor’s human and animal where absolutely amazing well worth the visit

The show was amazing. It’s a shame the hotel was a shambles. The rooms are filthy especially in the bathrooms and they were really hot. We ate out as the food was that poor. Even at breakfast we went to Wetherspoons. The noise from the pub across the road was going on till 02.30. All in all it cost a fortune
